Polish your nuclear head lamps and fire up your social-engineering circuits, flook is about to take you where no robot has ever been before. Because… where robots fear to tread, one man never hesitates: Steve Higgins of Nettleden. Steve and the other Nettleden members spend their days badgering the people who own, manage or control access to “secret underground places”. Then they go there. And photograph them. How cool is that? I’ll tell you how cool, it’s very cool. Very nearly cooler than a giant robot donkey.

Now, because Dave-the-server-guy is really really clever and because Steve-the-underground-explorer-guy is really really friendly Nettleden locations are available wherever you are by the magic of a clever new tunnel-bot.

There is some fantastic stuff here:

There’s even a whole underground town somewhere in England. Who knows, next time you fire up flook, you might be standing on top of it.

If you are a Nettleden user here to find out about flook, try the iPhone app or the website.

  1. Thanks for the kind welcome to flook. I’m sure that flook will also help myself and the memebers of my website to discover even more interesting places around them.
